Cancellation Policy
​Customers will receive a full refund or the ability to reschedule with 48 hours notice of cancellation.
​Customers will also receive a full refund or rescheduling in the event of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
​No-shows will be charged full price.

In the Collective Tour the boat will set sail at the specific time of the reservation, in case the client does not arrive on time it will be considered as a No-Show and will not be entitled to a refund, however, the client will have the possibility of acquiring a 10% discount to reschedule for the next group departure (subject to availability).
​
In Private Tours, when the client does not arrive at the agreed time, it will only subtract time from their trip, the ship will not set sail until the client arrives, but the ship will return at the first agreed time.
